Not only is it lovely to hear Jakko’s impassioned vocals both on the verses, heard here with Richard Palmer-James’ original lyrics, as well as the open section but there’s something extra special going on with the drifting veil of diaphanous Mellotron, Fripp’s slow-burn soloing and Levin’s roving, off-piste bass. Exquisite.
