This night’s second set might be the shortest this incarnation of KC has ever played- a mere five songs. Clearly there were ongoing health issues within the team. A solid, fun evening with remarkable performances of TCOL, Starless and 21CSM, but also curiously conservative in terms of song choice. A fine 2 1/2 hours of music.

One of the best nights in the Teatro Metropolitan.
It was a sublime experience to be in the Crimson King court inside the Metropolitan Theater of Mexico City.
Despite the torturous revenge of Emperor Moctezuma against foreigners in some members of the band, they continued working on stage to offer wonderful concerts. They gave us an example of bold professionalism and a master class of talent forged with discipline and love for music.
Neurotica sound shocking, me gusta!.
Islands is sublime, I loved Jakko's new acoustic guitar arrangement...

One of the most incredible moments during the concert is when the Metropolitan theater is dyed red during Starless and seeing the 2 statues on the sides of the stage dyed red, it is impressive! In 2017, I was so focused on the stage that I didn't know what my red environment was like, this time in the distance I could appreciate it.

From all the nights in Mexico, starless of the 24th could't have been better, with everyone in perfect synchrony and particularly Tony's bass at the highest level.
