On previous shows, the audience’s respectful reticence had created some interesting points of silence. On this occasion, however, no sooner than Adrian finishes the last line of The Power To Believe I, then in comes the applause. This gig was filmed and released as part of the Eyes Wide Open DVD and an audio-only set, EleKtriK. However, when it came to exhuming the original tapes from the archives Mister Stormy discovered that The ConstruKction Of Light though present on the running order of the DVD, was missing as indeed it was from the CD release. This download however comes with two extra board recordings appended - The Power To Believe III and Vrooom. Of the show itself Fripp’s diary at the time noted that “The second filmed show was stronger than the first. As a Crimson show, it probably hovered around average. If the filming wasn’t happening, the performance would have been stronger. But overall, an honourable performance with a restrained & then eruptive audience. Some remarkable recoveries & some amazing clams.”
