Especially when it lasts the better part of two hours. I have been attending concerts for almost twenty-three years, and Crimso concerts for the same period. I saw them tour Larks Tongues in '73, Starless in '74 (the Pittsburgh show from The Great Deceiver boxed set, disk three), Discipline in '81, and Three of a Perfect Pair in '84. Of the 187 different events I've seen (including Led Zeppelin, The Who, Genesis and so forth), I have never before felt justified in saying "That was the best show I've ever seen."
