Taken from the first day of King Crimson’s 2004 writing rehearsals, it’s very rare to hear the Crims operating in this area. In some ways it shares the comedown feel of the coda to ProjeKct X’s Heaven And Earth. With Pat and Tony adopting a light-touch minimal groove, Adrian provides restrained embellishments reminiscent of the textures heard on Talking Heads’ The Overload. Fripp takes the Lunar Module on a short but eventful journey through some of the more soulful and yearning parts of his musical vocabulary. Five minutes of crucial Crimsonising.

Stunning
Wow! The best Stormy selection yet and I have heard them all. This goes beyond a pleasantly entertaining curiosity and is essential listening. The Heads were my gateway to the mighty Crim and "The Overload" is a good touchstone here. When I read that this is a territory not often explored by KC, I shouted "Well, why not!" More please!
