Then, on the same bit of tape, we hear an early take of I Talk To Wind with Ian laying down flute harmonies and some wonderfully dreamy soloing.

Now this is indeed lovely in every way--including the recording quality, and the mix! I would say it’s Crimso ’cK’araoke time, but Ian’s flute soloing is too beautiful to sing over here: this definitely works as an (alternate) instrumental ballad!I do hear bass guitar here, even though only Ian, Robert & Michael are listed(?)
