An occasionally muffled and boxy-sounding cassette enables us to share the LOG in Ottawa. Perhaps it’s just as well that the sound is less than optimal given the interjection from an excited member of the audience toward the end of the Untitled piece. Particularly exciting on this outing is the well-oiled moto perpetuo picking of Ooh Mr.Fripp. The speed with which Andrew’s starts Eye Needle makes you wonder if the rest of the team will be able to catch up. Needless to say, it’s precisely this kind of thing that makes the LOG such bracing fun to listen to.
