Nice mix, nice sound
The 2 "eras" have been blended nicely in Mr. Stormy's mixer. I enjoyed listening to this mellow piece.
One Time Tronics
Once again Alex Mundy crosses the Crimson timelines to produce an absolutely astonishing melding of 1980s Frippertronics and 1990s Thrakateers. With the Frippertronics lightly edited and repitched, the decade melts away as Fripp’s ethereal, soulful notes ooze and pour over the solidity of the Levin, Mastelotto and Bruford rhythm section and their unerring groove. The mood, to these ears at least, brings to mind something that would have fitted in well with the Sylvian & Fripp sessions or even the melancholic air blowing through The Scarcity Of Miracles recordings.
