After asking for a little less bass in the drummer’s monitor, the band continues with a cracking rendition of Trap. Following yet another request for on-stage sound adjustments and Fripp’s usual plea for dancers to come to the front, they embark on Heptaparaparshinokh though with Fripp and Toobad on the wrong side of each other’s beat. Of course, it doesn’t take too long for them to establish the correct order of things. Dislocated suffers from a momentary lapse of concentration but again it’s quickly compensated. The momentum which carries the band forward is astonishing. While there’s little to no variation in the setlist from night to night, the velocity it accrues during this tour is utterly compelling.
