Pat Mastelotto, Trey Gunn and Markus Reuter will be touring in August as tu:NER. The trio, currently in rehearsals, say they will be performing original music, improvisation and revisiting some of the work of previous collaborative efforts such as TU and TUNER. Posting on Facebook, Mastelotto says, "The music of those projects is known for being innovative yet accessible in nature, drawing on elements of rock, jazz, prog, funk, new age, electronica, post-rock, and the unknown. 20 years since the disbanding of the Double Duo period of King Crimson, the spirit of the ProjeKcts is finally back on the road with Gunn, Reuter & Mastelotto."
