A CALL TO MOVIE MAKERS

We've featured this one earlier in the month but there's no harm in mentioning again that Trey Gunn is looking for creative types with a camera for his Music For Pictures project. Trey writes "I am putting out a new CD entitled "Music for Pictures". It is collection of my film and scoring work over the last several years. I am initiating a
further level to this "project" that involves finding filmmakers and
animators to re-build new imagery to the pieces. These images would,
obviously, have nothing to do with the original multi-media contexts and
this interests me a lot.

The CD has 29 tracks on it, of which most are about 1:30" in length. So, we
aren't talking about long pieces (although the final track is 22 minutes
long!) There is a variety of styles, moods and instrumentation. This makes
for many choices of material to pick from.

Are any of you visual creators interested in this? If so, write me back and
I'll arrange getting you the music." Write to info@quodia.com or check out Trey's site for further details
