A strong performance, comparable to Chicago II for me. This is a difficult house for sound, and there was some inevitable drifting between the players as per last night.

Last night was bootlegged. What a pity. This would, of itself, account for the difference in feel between the 2 nights: it comes down to intention.

Last night’s performance was the one for Hellboy Tom; tonight’s for The Sidney Smith & also for myself. The spirit of Crimson entered into the music once again, noticeable to me in the climb of LTIA II.
