Pat ordered a large NY

09.49
Pat ordered a large NY cheesecake from the Carnegie Deli which he presented, with Adrian, after rehearsals yesterday. Beast! Beast! I say. It is a monster. Such is my generosity I have consented to allow others in the Team to sample its delights over the next several days. We could all feed on it 3 times daily until Monday and still face the problem of how to eat it all. A wonderful surprise from Pat.

Also yesterday: a small number of cards form close friends & family who know where I am, and a packet of 3 fabbo books which have been marked with the tantalising instruction - "Do not open until May 16th." - and sitting on the desk almost since my arrival. And I spoke to Toyah at the end of her day, as at the beginning.

News announcement for 12th. & Porter: KC show times are moved forward to 21.30 (from 22.00) on Friday & Saturday night.

23.15
Well, we're not ready but we need an audience to make a difference. George Glossop, KC sound man since 1981, reckons if a Crimson functioning gig is 10, then we're batting around 7 or 8.

ProjeKct Three came out to play this aftenoon; Adrian has programmes to write; my concern is now the overall balance & integrity of a set, particularly regarding the tempi.
