It’s a Gibson Les Paul that formerly belonged to David Sylvian

Who’s this?...

It’s Ben Crowe of Crimson Guitars

Ben has been modifying the guitar to bring it into line with current playing needs: sustainer & digital pick-ups, Kahler whammy bar, Buzz Feiten tuning system on the NST. These are not mods that would be made to a 1959 LP.

What’s them down there?...

Even more guitars! Ben has returned several instruments currently being fine-tuned & modified in the new Crimson Guitars’ workshop. These include a Bunny guitar (a gift from Jakko J.) and a classic Gibson J45 in OST.

The Dorset partridge are supplied to the Fleur de Lys’ kitchen by cousin John Butler, Uncle Cliff’s son.

After lunch, to Bournemouth & tea with Johnny the W. News & reports of the Asia reunion & other arising points of common history & interest, against a backdrop of tasty cakes from Bredonborough High Street. Most enjoyable.

Driving listening around the Dorset countryside: continuing Gurdjieff’’s Oriental Suite

Now, back to DGM HQ & an evening online is ahead.
