Casa Nuestra Senora Del Transito

07.02

Casa Nuestra Senora Del Transito,
Franklin Villanueva y Maza, (5517) Lunlunta – Maipú.

Waking 05.55.  A good stretching and off to the Morning Sitting for 07.15.

10.27    Breakfast at 08.00. Silence glided in. An observation on the Silence that visits this course at every meal: it glides in, whereas the Silence that usually comes to visit us walks in with a Whoosh!

While we are alive, it is never too late to address the repercussions of our mistakes. This spoke to me so emphatically, while walking to get coffee, I felt it needed to be given voice.

Comments invited on the Performance last evening, from performers and audients:
the audience were perhaps disrespectful to the performers;
Argentinian audiences - at least no nuts and pieces of soft fruit are thrown at the performers nowadays.

The Intro Team have opted to give another Performance this morning, so that those who could not hear them above the audience, for their first performance, may be able to do so at their second.

During all of this, musical ideas continued to whirr. Not so much that I am intending to “write” music, rather that music is singing to me. On the first day here, I had to direct my attention away from the musical outpour / downpour, and towards the needs of the course; as during this breakfast.

A meeting with Hernan c. 09.40 – 57.

Tom walked by c. 10.15 and came in for a conversation on lizard-brain and Cosmic Denial. Well, that’s what happens when you put your head around a door, to say hello, here on the C corridor.

12.20    Meeting with SSG I Quorum at 10.30. Discussed: Cosmic Denial, the seven levels of attention, and the place of the body in all of this.

To the Intro Team Performance at 11.00, c. 40 minute plus encore. The audience was very well behaved, until it seemed there would not be an encore. But the Argentinian audience was placated: the Team returned.

14.32    Lunch at 13.30, 30 minutes later than usual to accommodate the performance.
And The Hellboys returned to live performance: a classic of their repertoire, updated with new material.
The Master Kabusacki commented on the translation of Vicious Queens, following our discussion at breakfast: Reinas Feroces - they will bite your leg and kick your butt.

Work for the afternoon called.
Sandra with the Intro Team + Guests at 15.20.
Tea at 16.00.

17.59    House of Guitars at 17.00: an Inner Circle of 23 and 35 in the Outer Circle.

Orchestra of Crafty Guitarists! When ready, please begin.
An authentic OCG improvisation, c. 33 minutes.
Putting on the Procession chords, Reina Feros Julia took the OCG processing along the corridors, into the garden, back to the corridors, around the patio, returning to the ballroom where the circulation of the Procession chords became without sound.

24.03    Meetings with the Buddies at 18.15, Sandra at 18.45 and the Reinas Feroces at 19.00. Comments presented on the course, and a Contact AAD Exercise taken on. Hope for the future.

Dinner at 20.00 with stunning performances.
Breaking with convention, comments, observations, reports, noticings and Points of Seeing on the course were invited, rather than wait until the Final Meeting: 20.55 – 22.00.

A personal meeting with Hernan immediately afterwards, and then to the
Final Meeting to formally complete the course at 23.15.

Thanks were given to those who have made the course possible.
Director Nunez was asked to give advice to those on the Intro Team, which Hernan presented fully, and what courses for Europe and South America are in the calendar.
Tom was asked to announce the courses planned for North America.
From Robert, personal thanks to everyone, The OCG for heroic work in the kitchen, and the Intros for washing up and cleaning.

Final comment: the new arising developments of new places, Mexico and Caorle, and new people, including those here for the first time this week, all part of a new seven-year stage in the GC current.

Our course was declared completed at 23.41 and 20 seconds.

A final personal word outside the ballroom, to a returning member of the family, then back to C1 for organising and packing.

A shop is now underway in the dining room, with departure and cleaning meetings to follow.
