Oh no! One of the two young pigeons, out of their nest on Friday evening, has been eaten by the fox. Most of the young pigeon was by the back door. It has been placed respectfully on the compost heap & returned to the caring provision of Great Nature.

Mother-in-Law Barbara is coming in for lunch.

May I take this opportunity of thanking all who have expressed their condolences to the family by card, e-mail & postings?

16.55    New guidelines for the acceptance of students on Guitar Craft Courses are soon to be formalized & go onto the GC website …

Courses are physically, mentally & emotionally demanding.

Good physical & mental health is necessary;
the use of illegal drugs is absolutely prohibited;
prescribed medication, and possible medical attention during the course, must be discussed during the application process.

If the Director considers that any person’s continuing participation is
detrimental to either that person, or the course as a whole, the Director may
ask that person to leave.

... with the GC House Rules appended. The standard for acceptance is normal-abnormal; the aim is normal-normal.

20.56    A most enjoyable visit from local pals.

To settle.
