… meeting Chris Wong and Andi Bass for coffee and then lunch. To the cathedral, arriving just before 13.00 and joining a long queue to celebrate Dave Lee’s life…
The cathedral was full. A very moving, and funny, service with
hilarious anecdotes from Dave’s pals in the business.
From the cathedral…
… to the Pilgrims Hotel, and a feeble attempt to get T’s computer working. Not.
Leaving Canterbury c. 16.40 for DGM HQ and arriving c. 18.45 just as David was leaving. We decided not to defer our catching-up until tomorrow, as it would have been a long time before David reached home.
