Mr. Cheese the Constructionist arrived punctually at World HQ to help carry in an acquisition from Romain’s Emporium of Wonders – it sold itself, but doesn’t walk into its new area of placement.

This Summer in England has been notable by its absence…

… yet every Season brings its own particular blessings. The russeting colour-bloom of early-Autumn leaves is a joy.

The pigeon, nesting outside in the old pear tree by our bathroom window, has had her two eggs stolen from the nest. The male consort-pigeon has been in attack mode with another male visiting to presen its manly credentials. Of the egg-stealing party: there are several possible culprits.
