Bredonborough A further call from

10.12

Bredonborough.

A further call from a BT Person, following up on yesterday’s visit from the engineer in the morning & a call in the afternoon, to make sure broadband is continuing to work. Happily, it is.

BT:      What do we owe you?

RF:      Six weeks broadband supply.

BT:      I’ll take care of it.

Now, to collect the car from Bredonborough Garage with a further piece of non-functioning technology – the radio - & a drive to Luton airport where I meet the Minx.

23.14 Chateau Minx, Eze, France.

Long queues for check-in & security.

EasyJet to Nice & a taxi here.

Every property, of whatever size, has its own particular living pattern to be partly discovered & partly created. The apartment is cold, and is responding slowly to be warmed. We are reading the instruction book to discover how to operate the air conditioning. But the water bottle is hot, T & I are well-dressed and the bed is comfortable.
