Today there was no Crim Wonder Drink Of Knowledge & Wisdom, to confer accuracy within a solo - my solo - on Heartbeat. This aims to be backwards, in the better sense of the word, but was actually backward in another. TLev was much amused by the worst sounding note of the day (although it had rivals for the crown).
When you get older, it becomes obvious that some opportunities close. We sense that we will never actually -- do whatever it might be. At this post-mature time of my life, I can say that I will never play a solo on Heartbeat ever again: that moment has passed. No more wondering how on earth to play slow melodic lines moving between C#m and Am with a long (backwards) echo which blends the notes of one chord into the other (and that's when you know what you're doing). Never again.
