Royal Concert Hall

Some things just get better with age and with each tour, the title track from KC’s 1969 debut subtly improves and gains a greater depth. The keyboard voicings and Mel Collins’ flute work is beautiful. However, the addition The Dance Of The Puppets truly completes the piece in stunning fashion. Aside from the original and definitive recording, Ian McDonald and Peter Sinfield’s composition has never sounded better.

It was Inevitable
Beautiful...... just beautiful. This band is the culmination of a long and illustrious career.

Swirling and Intense
The reworking of "Puppets" is visceral. Mel's Bari and the 'tron brass, o along with the "Mr. Kite-like" cadenzas rising and falling make this (in my opinion), the best, complete version. Satisfying.
