What a great download! The sound quality is impeccable and the performance is second only to the Marquee recording in its inspiration and solidness. This is from the early days of the band so some of the arrangements are still in flux; see "Sailor's Tale"'s latin-like groove and clean guitar solo for instance. It is remarkable how clearly and well Boz sings "The Court...", a song they would soon drop from their setlists. And I have rarely heard a softer, airier take on "Pictures of a City". Well...

Another Great Show!!!
This is a really hot show! The cuts are a bit unfortunate but everything here is great! Pictures feels more jazzy in spots than it sometimes does while we get another early Sailor’s Tale with Robert Fripp and Mel Collins playing some beautiful lines during their solos. The Court of the Crimson King and Get Thy Bearings well played with the instrumental sections feeling a little more stretched out than usual. Both Cadence and Cirkus suffer unfortunate cuts. Ladies of the Road has a slightly different tilt to it in it’s early stages. 21st Century Schizoid Man and The Devil’s Triangle are always welcome by me.

Excellent - Superb++++
What a great show!!! Sound Quality is excellent, though Boz`s vocals are recorded a bit high in places. Great guitar solo in Schizoid Man that just flows into Mel`s great sax solo!! Just awesome, oh to have been there!!! What a treat these releases are, you can indulge in the jazzy readings of K C II or go for the heavy prog./alternative of K C III, a different band every night...What more would you want. I had the priviledge to see them in Toronto, Jun. `74, but i love every incarnation of K C....
