I like this one as well as the first show.
Second Show
You might imagine that an hour and half’s performance in one night would be enough for a band but after a break of just a couple of hours the Crims are back to do another full-length show.
There are signs that fingers are a little tired with some wayward fretboard wandering here and there for example, at the end of Discipline where the rapidly repeating solo motif guitar goes slightly and comedically off-piste. You can almost see Fripp's impish grin at the end of it.
Neurotica still stands as one of the very best evocations of the nightmarish urban experience and in concert, listening to it feels like being fired from a cannon such is the velocity at which the band take it.
The next gig, two days later would be Crimson’s last show on the year. Fans would have to wait until 1984 for their next glimpse of the Crims in concert.
