Featuring an expectation-busting piano intro from Jeremy and some of Mel’s scorching sax, the Crims serve up what their version of what the blues sounds like once it’s been through the KC mangle. Riotous, fiery and slightly tweaked from previous versions, “It’s the blues, Jez, but not as we know it,” as someone might almost have said.

Suitable grounds for a new favorite
I've always liked this song and the fresh arrangement bumps it up near the top for me. The piano is outstanding. I really want to hear more new material from this lineup.

Super sound, great musicians, perfect song collection. Good balance between very old and not so old songs! Hope to see you again in my hometown!
