A REASON TO IMMEDIATELY BEGIN

What is my primary aim in engaging with posters on Facebook?
To encourage informed, reflective, and considered comments, reports, observations, and Points Of Seeing in areas of common interest, concern, and value.
This in distinction to received opinion of any quality; much of which is uninformed, prejudiced, rude, insulting, and abusive. Alternatively expressed: if our head is placed where sunshine never falls, better not to comment on the weather.
We are publicly accountable for public actions. So, if someone wanders carelessly into my space with their head unfortunately placed, good not to be surprised if the rain falls. Or perhaps bring an umbrella.
A reasonable response might be: this is impossible on social media! Much like encouraging audients to put down their little viddy devices and enter the moment; or reverse global ecological damage. But a seeming impossibility is no reason to hold back; rather a reason to immediately begin.
1. Critical goodwill. You get my best shot; but you are asked to come to your own conclusions, based on your experience, work, and research, not mine.
2. Active engagement. Do your own work and research, and reflect on it, before asking a question.
3. Good manners. Courtesy is a grace, but politeness is available to all.
