A grey, damp morning.
18.37 A visit to the osteopath in Kings Heath,
Birmingham this early afternoon. My back is gradually beginning to ease
after many attacks upon its wellbeing, principally on the Australian
visit of 2003. The osteopath says my back is built for sprinting, not
endurance. Well.
