The weather forecasts for tonight

08.15
The weather forecasts for tonight look pretty grim, as the view from the windows continues to be very pretty. I'm setting off to Stevenage to celebrate the new Millennium with Toyah.

The blackbird was feeding off breadcrumbs this morning

13.42
A useful morning drafting continues.

The snow has turned to cold, driving rain and the weather forecasts all have warnings. Hot soup & tasty bread now inside, I'm shortly off. Blackbird and robin are both feeding off more breadcrumbs outside the kitchen door. Such a simple event, and so rich and satisfying to observe.
