Our debt-collecting work this week: large sums of unpaid royalties by EMI. This is our third large outstanding item to be settled. Our attention has now been engaged on this for almost a year. The audit was delivered to EMI last February and, to date, nothing much has happened. I find this is often the case when people own us a large amount of money. It is also a reflection of a company’s integrity & standing as an ethical company

Other arising news: while I was in Spain & offline, an e-mail came in from Adrian Belewbeloid, and David has been informed by Artist Advocate Andy Leff that Adrian has solo dates arising during the mid-April to mid-May period planned for a continuation of Crimson Celebrating the 40th. Anniversary. The intention was to visit the West Coast. This now looks unlikely.
