The long suffering artist - who was mysteriously absent when the van needed unloading - surveys his work, nervously looking for the hidden error.

The news of Jack Bruce's death today from liver disease at the age of 71 has prompted many tributes. Amongst the very best of them comes this account from the respected writer, Richard Williams who describes seeing Bruce when he was part of Tony Williams' Lifetime in concert in the company of Robert Fripp.

Pat Mastelotto and Trey Gunn reunite as a live unit for the first time in over three years at tomorrow's Progtoberfest in Chicago.
As you can see from the bill, Pat's going to be very busy as he's also on working with Stick Men straight after.

Larks' Turntable...

A couple of years ago we were contacted by site visitor Max who, along with his wife Samantha,  had created a rather fine looking modified Pioneer  turntable.



Now Max has been back in touch with his latest creation. "We liked creating the Discipline turntable so much we decided to repeat the process This time we used another turntable a Lenco L75/S and another album cover." 

I think you'll agree the results are rather splendid.
