Bredonborough.
A grey day. Grey. Greyness!
A beginning catch-up with the Minx with stories of her meetings in London.
Over to Blower’s I…
II...
… and then mucho shopping on a busy High Street…
Out to the Piddle to visit Barbara & returning to an afternoon of organizing.
18.17 Pals about to arrive for a social evening.
21.56 A lotsa fun evening with local pals, formerly of the haunted house across the Market Square, in the newly opened Chinese Restaurant: a Gentlemen’s clothes shop for decades, even when we arrived, then a computer-learning centre, then a gap in the town frontages, and now a food provider. Good to have more life & activity in the town centre.
The new Chinese is adjudged a success. Reservations Only this evening, full with mostly old people & myself among their number. Our chums were in good form.
WillyFred’s time of neck massaging, head stroking & chasing the snake is approaching.
